I have visited Tulum on several occasions and have had the privilege of experiencing the phenomenal Bed and Breakfast accommodations the city has to offer. With many different locations ranging from the beach to the city centre, the vast selection of B&Bs provide unique lodging experiences for any traveler.
When I travel to Tulum, I always make sure to look for a reputable B&B as staying with one provides an altogether different experience. Staying with a local host at a B&B also means that it is much easier to receive inside information from the host on some of the hidden gems the city has to offer.
The best B&Bs in Tulum typically have amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gym, or on-site restaurant to accommodate travelers’ needs. It is also important to find out the type of breakfast being served as some B&Bs provide a traditional Mexican breakfast with regional ingredients, while others offer more international options.
The Advantages of a B&B are numerous. These accommodations are usually much more affordable than a hotel, making them more accessible to travelers with a limited budget.
